One of the most common places that I get my news from is TikTok. TikTok is a social media app that has become globally very popular, and therefore, news is something that is commonly on it. My news mainly comes from pages like "The Daily Mail," and they deliver more news on everything going on. Whereas when I look at news from "People," there is more information on celebrities and pop culture. I also get news from people just talking about different situations they heard about, then posting it on TikTok for other people to see. TikTok is also an app that is updated often, so they are very quick to push out different news, so it is a place I know will always have current news stories. Link to TikTok
Another place I get my news from is the TV. I get my news from watching channels like Fox News and CNN. These are not channels I tune into every single day, but it is something that is on the T.V in my house quite often. When I watch this type of news, it does differ from news that I would intake on apps like TikTok. It covers more breaking news in the political and economic fields. These news channels also lean in certain ways on the political spectrum. So there can be differing political views when they are covering the same news. Watching these two different news channels does show two different perspectives, and then I kind of make up my own mind after watching what information they are pushing out. And it is where I go when I want to know more information about what is going on in the world politically and economically. CNN Fox News 
The next place I get my news is the New York Times. The New York Times is something that has been around forever and has a large following. They are a place I keep updated on through social media and their website. I feel like the New York Times also gives a wide variety of news, so it is something I like to follow. It is also something that people close to me follow up with often, which makes me more inclined to follow it as well. I have also used the New York Times for a lot of different news stories that I have written about in school, and it is a source that I like to use. The New York Times. 
Another News Source I use is X, formerly known as Twitter. X is an app I get for more breaking news, and it is an app that is very up to date with things happening. I don't follow it as closely. I mainly look at it when getting a notification on my phone of something big that has happened, mainly politically. I also feel like a lot of political figures like to post things on X, so I follow along with that. I'm not sure X is the most reliable, but it pushes news quickly, so if I am wondering what is going on, X is an app that will likely have information on it. X
